No Return, No Refund & No Cancellation Policy

At Sweet Magnolia by Nidhi Gill, each product is individually handcrafted and made to order with great attention to detail and artistic integrity. As a result, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Cancellation Policy.

No Returns

Due to the delicate and customized nature of our hand-painted products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We request customers to carefully review all product details and images before placing an order.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect product selection, or delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

No Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified. Each order is handcrafted and begins processing soon after it is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review and resolve the issue at our discretion.
